THE PROGRAM

THIS ISN'T A GYM CLASS.

IT'S A SYSTEM.

Most summer programs give your athlete some cones and a whistle. This program is built on progression — every session builds on the one before it. By the end of 6 weeks, your athlete will be measurably faster, stronger, and more explosive. Regardless of their sport.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Supervised weight room training built for young athletes. Proper form, controlled reps, age-appropriate loads — no maxing out, no ego lifting. Every session is directly coached so your athlete builds real strength the right way.

SPEED & AGILITY

Sprint mechanics, acceleration, change of direction, lateral quickness, and reaction drills. Your athlete learns how to move faster and more explosively — not just run harder. The skills that make athletes dangerous on any field or court.

ALL SPORTS. BOYS & GIRLS

Speed, agility, and strength are universal. Whether your athlete plays football, basketball, soccer, track, baseball, volleyball, or any other sport — this program makes them better at it. Every rep applies to every game.

COACHED, NOT BABYSAT.

Small group ratios with qualified coaches at every station. Your athlete gets real instruction, real feedback, and real accountability — not a whistle and a cone drill. We build discipline and competitive toughness while keeping their long-term development the priority.

Led by experienced coaches with backgrounds in high school and collegiate athletic development. Every session is directly supervised.

A DAY AT THE GOLD STANDARD TRAINING

TWO ENVIRONMENTS. ONE STANDARD.

Every session is split into two groups. Half start in the weight room, half start on the field. At the hour mark, you switch. Every athlete gets both environments, every day.

HOUR ONE

THE WEIGHT ROOM

Supervised strength and conditioning. Proper technique, controlled progression, age-appropriate programming. Athletes build real strength, power, and durability — the right way.

HOUR TWO

THE FIELD

Speed, agility, and footwork development. Sprint mechanics, change of direction, reaction drills, and competitive conditioning. Every rep is designed to make you faster and more explosive.

FAQ's

What does my athlete need to bring?
Athletic shoes, water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothing.
What if my athlete has to miss a day?
Life happens. If your athlete needs to miss a session, just let us know. There are no make-up sessions, but the program is designed with progression in mind — missing a day here and there will not set them back significantly. Consistent attendance is encouraged for best results.
Is this only for football players?
No. This program is designed for ALL sports — football, basketball, soccer, baseball, track, volleyball, softball, wrestling, and more. Speed, agility, and strength are universal athletic qualities that improve performance in every sport. Boys and girls are both welcome.
Does my athlete need weight room experience?
No prior experience needed. Every athlete starts with proper technique and form before adding any load. Our coaches work with beginners and experienced athletes alike — the program meets your kid where they are and builds from there.
Can I switch blocks after registering?
Block switches are subject to availability. If you need to change your time, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. We may need to consolidate blocks based on enrollment, and if so, we will contact you before the program begins.
Where do I drop off and pick up my athlete?
Drop-off and pick-up by the Rowland High School gym. The weightroom is in the back. Athletes should arrive 10 minutes before their block starts and will be dismissed promptly at the end of the session.
Are refunds available?
All sales are final once payment is submitted. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. Please review the full participation agreement during registration for complete details.
